My Car was making a wind up noise hen i turned the wheel and hit the gas… took it to sears they told me to refill power steering fluid…I did its been a couple of days and the noise just got a little better but now the steering wheel is locked up even when it is running i can still start it and everything i just can urn the wheel its the oddist thing…any suggestions?

Sounds like along with your power steering pump your steering box is also destroyed.
If the wheel will move without the car being started,you probably need to just rplace the pump.If there is no movement either way you have damaged the rack-n-pinion also and both will need to be replaced.
