Mostly just battery replacement plus technician to check operation and engineer to ensure correct phasing into power grid and correct operation of equipment. These per KWH costs decrease with size of plant. There are plenty of potential locations, we are a large and varied nation. They do minimal environmental harm, but nuclear waste is not as serious as some people seem to think.
